Body Oil wins for best cruelty-free beauty product

The latest in for us at Guava & Gold is the fantastic news that our Paradise Found Shimmering Body Oil has won an award for best cruelty-free beauty product in the Global Green Beauty Awards 2022.

Each year, the Global Green Beauty Awards celebrate the beauty industry's growing moves towards making their products, packaging and sourcing more kind to the planet and indeed to our skin, and this year there were an incredible 400+ entries of green, clean and eco beauty products. So we were over the moon to get the news that we had won a silver award for our glowing Body Oil.

The winners are chosen by a panel of 6 beauty experts and judged on two factors - the products themselves and how they worked on the panel of judges, and also how a brand’s products green and clean credentials fit the category. The editor of the Awards says that they’ve seen a shift in what consumers are looking for, and people are ever more conscious of not just what they are putting on their skin, but the ethics surrounding those products. They emphasize the ingredients themselves are crucial with brands demonstrating a big push towards being vegan and cruelty free across the board.
