How do we describe Guava & Gold's fragrances?

We’re often asked questions about the unique perfumes in our products, how they were created and how we describe them. So here’s our guide with all you need to know.

Drawing on over a century of experience and know-how in fragrance creation, the immensely talented perfumers of an international fine fragrance house created the unique perfumes around which the Guava & Gold collections are based. Using their imagination and emotions to mix precious essential oils, exceptional ingredients and outstanding technology to bring fine fragrances to life, they describe themselves as giving shape to scents to fulfil our ever-evolving needs and desires. Their inspiration leads them to design visionary perfumes, which are intended to become tomorrow’s classics, and we turned to that expertise to transform Guava & Gold from a dream of a luxury scented bath and body collection to reality.

And how do we describe what’s in each of them?

Throughout our Coco & Cherimoya collection, warm notes of tropical coconut and peachy cherimoya intermingle with citrusy bergamot, softest pink magnolia, sweet vanilla orchid and tonka bean. With a delicate shimmer suggestive of the gentlest moonlight, our bestselling Coco & Cherimoya shampoo and conditioner duo restores hair’s natural shine and softness with all the benefits of natural oils for our hair you'd expect from a premium hair care brand.

Faraway beaches steeped in sunshine are the inspiration for Coral Beach as it combines the sweet and musky aroma of guava with the fruity zest of mango and uplifting pineapple, all complemented by heady ylang-ylang and finishing notes of peaches and cream. 

In Paradise Found, the gentle scents of mandarin, freesia and pear blossom are infused with jasmine, white floral facets of tuberose and a base of comforting gold amber and pink cedar. Winner of an award for best cruelty-free beauty product in the Global Green Beauty Awards 2022, our Paradise Found Shimmering Body Oil blends the healthy skin benefits of hydrating and nourishing antioxidant-rich avocado, coconut, macadamia & sweet almond oils with delicately glistening golden sparkles to instantly revive your skin and hair, leaving them soft, supple and sun-kissed.
